FAQ:

Q. Do I need gym equipment?

A. No. All of the strength training exercises can be done at home without any equipment. You can of course use weights if you wish to add resistance in that way, however it is not necessary. All of the weekly movement & strength classes can also be done without equipment. There are many things we can do with just our bodies to enhance our running and health, whilst preventing injuries.

Q. What times are the classes?

A. The schedule changes according to the communities preference, working around people's working hours and commitments. Regular polls will go out, so you can help to decide the best times for everyone.

Q. What if I can’t make a weekly class/call?

A. All of the live calls are automatically uploaded into the Member’s Area archive after each call, so you can catch up at any time.

Q. What if I want to cancel?

There's no minimum term, you can easily cancel at any time via your Thriving profile.
