How do I access the programme?
Everything is easily accessed through a simple app on any device such as your phone or computer.
Do I need gym equipment?
Nope! All pre-recorded and live sessions are bodyweight-friendly. Weights are optional but can be added if desired.
Do I need to join the live sessions?
No. The programme is delivered through the modules and check ins. The live classes and calls are like a bonus with benefits! I highly recommend joining where you can, as people tend to enjoy them. The timings are flexible to suit the community preferences.
How long are the live sessions?
Usually 20-30 minutes so that you can easily fit them into your day. Quality over quantity.
What if I miss a session?
You can simply catch up at any time in the app if you wish to.
Do I need Strava/Garmin?
No but you can if you wish to. We do have a Strava Group too.
How much time do I need?
1 hour per week is more than enough. and you can break that down into bitesize chunks to work through the material. It’s very flexible and designed for real life which can be busy! Interestingly, most people free up time on the programme due to the Healthy Habits and Robust Routines they develop...
